At the beginning of 2023, I decided to do something about my annoying body hair. Shaving was just too annoying in the long run and I was constantly struggling with skin irritation. After a bit of research, I came across the then Hairfree Institute Unterhaching and registered for a consultation there.

Right from the first appointment, I felt that I was in good hands. The atmosphere was pleasant, the team was friendly and professional, and all my questions were answered in detail. I opted for permanent hair removal on my legs and bikini area – and I have not regretted it! I could already see significant changes after the first treatments: The hair grew back slower and finer, my skin felt smoother and I no longer had razor bumps.

The switch to skinflow – and what has changed

In December 2024, I was then informed that the institute had become the skinflow changes. I was a little skeptical at first – you never know what will happen with such changes. But my worries were completely unfounded. On the contrary: everything has really only changed for the better.

With the changeover, new treatment devices were also used, and I have to be honest: the difference is enormous! The new devices are much more pleasant on the skin. Whereas before I sometimes felt a slight tugging sensation, the treatments are now almost relaxing. I find the impulse delivery very pleasant and the skin reacts less sensitively to it. Even better: the results are visible even faster than before! I didn’t think it was possible to improve on an already good treatment – but that’s exactly what happened here.

Familiar faces and familiar quality

I was particularly pleased: My favorite practitioner stayed with me even after the change. I had great confidence in her right from the start because she is so attentive and empathetic. It’s nice to see that skinflow obviously relies not only on modern technology but also on experienced staff. The familiar care is a big feel-good factor for me – I now really enjoy going to my appointments.

My conclusion: an all-round positive change

I can honestly say that the switch from Hairfree to skinflow was a complete success for me as a customer. The treatments are more effective, more pleasant and simply feel more modern. At the same time, the team has remained just as friendly and competent as before – a perfect combination for me.

I look forward to my appointments every time and am more than satisfied with the results. I can wholeheartedly recommend skinflow Unterhaching or one of the other institutes in the Munich area to anyone thinking of having permanent hair removal!
