We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Your tasks:

  • Purchase of all operating resources of the institutes
  • Cooperation with the institutes and support of the processes
  • Co-design of advertising material and sales promotion measures with the advertising agency and the managing director
  • Customer/accounts receivable controlling and management of invoice runs
  • Facility management with service providers and institute management
  • Administrative activities, compilation of statistics and organization of internal meetings

Your profile

  • Commercial training, preferably as an office administrator or office communication specialist or business studies
  • If possible, professional experience in an assistant or comparable function
  • Personality with a passion for organization, teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people and an interest in cosmetic appliances
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
  • Well-groomed, personable and stylish appearance

What you should bring with you:

  • You are studying business informatics, media informatics, computer science or are completing a comparable course of study
  • You think in a process-oriented way and are therefore able to familiarize yourself with an application very quickly
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in test management
  • You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams
  • You are no stranger to databases and SQL
  • You are communicative and able to explain new things to your colleagues in an understandable way

  • You will be involved in the implementation of a project to introduce software for mapping business processes. The main tasks include the
    • Introduction and implementation of the extensive processes of the new IT program in the operational business of the institute
    • Documentation and visualization of processes
    • Implementation and optimization of a digitalized workflow
    • Analysis and optimization of processes in close cooperation with the institutes and management
    • Data management and retrieval options for institutional business
    • Creating data pools, data analyses and reports
    • Development of training materials and implementation of user training courses

Your profile

  • You have a degree or comparable training in business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on planning and organization or process management
  • You have good knowledge of process modeling and visualization
  • You enjoy open communication and imparting knowledge to your colleagues
  • Interest in finding a joint solution for integrating the new program into daily routines and practical implementation
  • You have very good analytical skills and a quick grasp of things
  • You are a team player and service-oriented
  • You have very good MS Office 360 skills
  • Mobile working from home, sometimes in the institutes and especially at the head office
